βI did this in the instant pot because I wanted to eat it for lunch and the slow cooker was too slow. I used the sautΓ© function to soften the veggies (I also used my mini chopper to do those). Then I cooked on high pressure for 10 minutes. I let it natural releβ β a cook, 5.0β
βI know this comment is 3 years late but in case any other readers wonder, I used 2% milk in place of the half and half and also used just shy of 1/2 cup of all-purpose gluten free flour and it was delicious. I have never used half and half so I can't compare bβ β a cook, 5.0β
