βYummy! The filling was rich and delicious. Didn't crack at all- maybe because of the booze? Resulted in a beautiful looking pie. Only suggestion is to blind bake the crust. Came out a bit gummy. I had never made a pumpkin pie without blind baking so wanted toβ β a cook, 4.0β
βMy husband's favorite pie. I reduce the sugar, add a little molasses making it diabetic friendly. I also vary the addition of bourbon, using dark rum, Bailey's Irish Creme or other liquor/liquors, as a nice surprise. I like to a bit of pecan meal to the pumβ β a cook, 5.0β
