βI removed and discarded the fat cap from the meat. I cut the meat from the bone, in large chunks, and thoroughly coat in the rub. I coat the bone and residual meat and cook this, as well. I slow cooked 4 hours on high, stirring a couple of times. The end reβ β a cook, 5.0β
βIt was ok. Really fatty/greasy, and too oniony. Could probably go without the onion powder since there is an onion in the recipe. It's juicy and flavorful enough to eat on it's own, which can be good. I just prefer a bit of a dryer pulled pork so i can load itβ β a cook, 3.0β
