βI must say that this was the easiest pulled pork I have ever cooked. I shredded so easy it almost did it itself. On the other hand, I cooked three 2 pound roasts and increased the rest of the ingredients accordingly. Prior to adding the BBQ sauce, I sampledβ β a cook, 4.0β
