βAH-MAZING!!!!! Made this last night with a small 5.99-a-pound prime rib that was on sale from the local supermarket and it was divine! I'm not hosting Christmas for the first time in almost 30 years, but we've always served a prime rib so I'm an old pro at it β β a cook, 5.0β
βIβm dying to try this!! My only question is if I were to do a smaller roast (say 3lbs instead on 6), how would I change the cook times?? It looks amazing and I want to try it so bad but thereβs no way weβd eat 6lbs, even with leftovers βΉοΈ. Want to try this forβ β a cook, 5.0β
