βI made this for my Son's graduation dinner tonight. Turned out perfect! I had to substitute a few ingredients, i.e. anchovy paste for shrimp past, and tamarind juice for tamarind paste. It was better than any I have gone out for. Thank you door sharing!β β a cook, 5.0β
