βa great recipe. in fact, you dont even need to follow this one, any meatloaf recipe works well, just wrap it up in bacon. i've found that doing a weave pattern with the bacon, then lining a pan in plastic wrap, laying the bacon over it and then putting the meaβ β a cook, 5.0β
