βI made this recipe using the 50% white flour and 50% wheat flour and they were very good. I accidently used active dry yeast instead of instant yeast and they still turned out good. I'll be sure to grab the correct yeast next time - LOL. I made a 1/2 recipeβ β a cook, 5.0β
