βI forgot to comment on this after Thanksgiving. We did this with 2-7LB butterball turkey breast. No brine and it was delicious and moist. We sliced it that evening after it cooled some and wrapped it up tight. It reheated fine the next day with the broth and β β a cook, 5.0β
