βI loved this recipe. I did have to make some substitutions. I used frozen spinach that was thawed and thoroughly squeezed dry, about 1/3 cup after squeezing. I was short on green onion, so i added some chopped yellow onion. I always par cook my quiche crust beβ β a cook, 5.0β
βThis was a very tasty and easy recipe. My only criticism is that the amount of asparagus should have been given as a volume, not a number of stalks, as asparagus stalks vary considerably in size. I consulted some other recipes and ended up with about a cup of β β a cook, 4.0β
