βI prefer to cook chicken so finding a beef recipe I like is difficult. But this is an easy win! Instead of frying the meatballs, I baked them at 450 for 20 minutes. No splatter grease mess and they were divine! I had mine over leftover mashed potatoes. Kids β β a cook, 5.0β
βThe meatballs came out dry. I am sure if not adding onion added to the dryness. Onion haters would have not eaten them so I added onion powder instead and cooked them for 35 minutes and they were hard. I added more mushrooms and tried to make it saucier. No cβ β a cook, 2.0β
