βI just baked this for Christmas morning. It was perfect! I roasted the veggies (red onion, broccoli, zucchini, bell pepper & added garlic late) for about 15 minutes. Then just added them with the egg mixture and cooked on the stove for a few minutes. Bakedβ β a cook, 5.0β
