βGreat recipe! I started with 16 oz of crab so just added an extra small egg, used 2/3 cup of Panko which made the cakes really light, an extra tablespoon of mayo and extra portions of other ingredients. I only had a sweet onion available but chopped fine work β β a cook, 5.0β
βWe thought these were good. Easy to make. I had a pound can of crab from the seafood dept at our local grocery store. I left out sriracha because we didnβt have it. My only complaint is they sorta fell apart a bit. I probably should have used two eggs witβ β a cook, 4.0β
