βMy family loves these muffins! I have played with the recipe a bit to try to make them healthy, vegan and gluten free. If you are looking for a few more changes to make these muffins healthier, I have made these changes. 1) use ground flax seeds and water for β β a cook, 4.0β
βVery good recipe. I adjusted to make them a little healthier and used 3/4 cup whole wheat flour + 3/4 cup all-purpose flour. Also used about 2 TB less sugar that called for. Didn't make crumb topping. I used frozen fresh berries and thawed them in the microwavβ β a cook, 5.0β
