βNot sure how this has such good reviews. It had way too much liquid. Even with adding the cornstarch mixture, it did not thicken like beef stroganoff should be. It was more like beef stew. Also, I cooked it 25 minutes in my instapot and did a slow release, andβ β a cook, 1.0β
