βI have made this several times. I didn't have low sodium soy the first time and used regular...BIG mistake! It was too salty to eat. But now, with the right soy, it is a delicious and quick way to use your ground beef! For even quicker prep, I use steam-in-bagβ β a cook, 5.0β
