βOverall a really good dish, we just found that there wasn't enough liquid in the pot to allow the pasta to cook all the way. We added about a 1/2-1 cup of water and let it simmer for an extra 5 minutes. It probably could've done with an extra 1-2 minutes but wβ β a cook, 4.0β
